Unlike other officiants, I don’t raise my fees based on your guest count or tack on extra charges for every little "add-on." With me, it’s one flat fee – no nickel-and-diming, no surprises.

✨ October Weekdays (Mondays - Thursdays): $800

✨ October Weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays): $1,000

✨ October 31 (Halloween/Samhain): $1,600

​If you feel I’m the right officiant for your ceremony and you’re ready to make it official, booking requires a signed contract and a retainer deposit of 50% of my fee. This guarantees my availability and includes my services, guidance, and consulting throughout the planning process. A confirmed ceremony date is required to book, but the exact location and time can be finalized later. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your ceremony.

For ceremonies within 50 miles of my office in Salem, there are no additional travel fees. For locations over 50 miles away, travel is charged at $1 per mile. Ceremonies more than 100 miles from Salem are subject to the same per-mile travel fee, and may also require coverage of lodging expenses for an overnight stay.

If you would like me to attend an online ceremony rehearsal, an in-person ceremony rehearsal, or a venue/site tour, an additional fee of $200 applies. For rehearsals or tours located more than 50 miles from my office in Salem, a travel fee of $1 per mile will also be charged for each trip.

All travel, rehearsal, and tour fees are calculated, invoiced, and paid in full by the client prior to any related travel or activity.

For payments, I accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), ACH (eCheck), Apple Pay, or Google Pay – all securely processed through Stripe.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without further notice; however, if you have completed our booking process (signed contract returned + retainer deposit paid), we will honor the price at the time of booking. Dates are not guaranteed until we receive both a signed contract and a retainer deposit.
